Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the effect of using the Command & Reciprocal style on learning some life skills of first year students at Al-Jouf University. The sample consisted of 40 students who were divided into two groups of 20 students each; one for the command style and one for the reciprocal style. An educational program has been used to teach the life skills. The program consisted of eight educational units for each teaching style. A lecture per week for each learning style. The researcher used the mean, percentages, standard deviation, and the t-test. The results showed that there was a positive effect of both of the two methods (Command & Reciprocal style) on learning the specified life skills. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the pre and the post measurements of the two styles in favor of post one. Moreover, the post results between the two styles showed statistically significant differences in favor of the reciprocal.

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى تأثير استخدام الأسلوب الأمري والأسلوب التبادلي على بعض المهارات الحياتية لطلاب السنة التحضيرية في جامعة الجوف، اشتملت العينة على (40) طالبا تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين متكافئتين بواقع (20) طالبا للمجموعة الأولى استخدمت الأسلوب الأمري، والمجموعة الثانية (20) طالبا استخدمت الأسلوب التبادلي، تم استخدام برنامجا تعليميا لتعلم المهارات الحياتية تكون هذا البرنامج من ثمان وحدات تعليمية في كل أسلوب تدريسي تم تطبيقها بواقع محاضرة أسبوعيا وزعت على ثمانية أسابيع، واستخدم الباحث المتوسطات والنسب المئوية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (ت). وأظهرت النتائج أنه يوجد تأثير إيجابي للأسلوبين الأمري والتبادلي على تعلم المهارات الحياتية قيد الدراسة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسات القبلية والبعدية للأسلوبين الأمري والتبادلي لصالح القياسات البعدية، وتظهر النتائج الخاصة بالفروق بين القياسات البعدية للأسلوبين الأمري والتبادلي إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لصالح الأسلوب التبادلي.
