Abstract

The aim of the present study is to evaluate a proposed training program to improve the competences of UNRWA's teachers in the blended learning in North West Bank, for this purpose the researchers used a quasi-experimental design of two groups with pre-test and post-test. The study population consists of all teachers from Nablus educational area at UNRWA schools; the random sample consisted of (44) male and female teachers, (24) teachers were an experimental group experienced training program, (20) teachers were control group did not expose to the proposed training program. The researchers designed a practical test and classroom visit form in order to assess the impact of the proposed training program. The researchers used (SPSS) for the statistical analyses. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the means of evaluating teachers competencies in the blended learning for the control and experimental groups due to the proposed training program, in favor of the experimental group , and there weren’t any statistically differences at (α=0.05) due to school gender.

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة تقييم برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتحسين كفايات معلمي وكالة الغوث في التعلم المدمج في شمال الضفة الغربية، ومن أجل ذلك استخدم الباحثان المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعتين بقياس قبلي وقياس بعدي، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي منطقة نابلس التعليمية التابعة لوكالة الغوث، أما عينة الدراسة فهي عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من (44) معلما ومعلمة، منهم (24) معلما ومعلمة عينة تجريبية تعرضوا للبرنامج التدريبي، و(20) معلما ومعلمة عينة ضابطة لم يتعرضوا للبرنامج التدريبي، كما قام الباحثان بتصميم اختبار عملي وصحيفة الزيارة الصفية لتقييم أثر البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، ومن أجل معالجة البيانات، استخدم الباحثان برنامج الرزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (ٍSPSS)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقييم كفايات المعلمين والمعلمات في التعلم المدمج للمجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية تبعا لمتغير البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وعدم وجود فروق تبعا لمتغير جنس المدرسة (ذكور، أناث).
