Negotiation Straegies and their Relationship to Decision-Making among Secondary School Principals in Taif City, from the Viewpoint of the Agents and Teachers

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the level of practice of negotiation and relationship with strategies to take the decision to the secondary school principals in Taif, also investigated the degree of divergence of views levels of exercise strategies and decision-making processes in different variables (Job Title, specialization, and the number of years of experience). Was used descriptive method Correlative, The study sample consisted of (336) Agent and a teacher, were chosen randomly from the study population, and to collect data used a questionnaire composed of two axes first negotiating strategies, and the second decision-making, has been to ensure the veracity of resolution and stability, it has indicated results of the study to the following: that the respondents responses about my grade practice negotiating strategies and decision-making processes in the public schools managers in Taif were two means Hsabian Mkdarehma (2.68) and (2.74), respectively, and that the correlation coefficients between all negotiating strategies values and all the various dimensions of decision-making and the degree to function at the level of the college)α = 0.01), and there are no statistically significant differences at the significance between the mean sample study on the master's practice strategies to negotiate individual responses and decision-making processes, according to the variables (Job Title, specialization, and the number of years of experience).

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى ممارسة استراتيجيات التفاوض وعلاقتها باتخاذ القرار لدى مديري المدارس ‏الثانوية بمدينة الطائف، كما هدفت إلى معرفة درجة اختلاف وجهات النظر حول مستويات ممارسة الاستراتيجيات وعمليات اتخاذ القرار باختلاف متغيرات (المسمى الوظيفي، والتخصص، ‏وعدد سنوات الخبرة). وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (336) وكيل ومعلم، ‏اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، ولجمع البيانات استخدمت استبانة مكونة من محورين الأول استراتيجيات التفاوض، والثاني اتخاذ القرار، وقد تم التأكد من صدق الاستبانة وثباتها، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي:‏ أن استجابات أفراد العينة حول درجتي ممارسة استراتيجيات التفاوض وعمليات اتِّخاذ القرار لدى مديري مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة الطائف كانت ‏‏متوسطين حسابيين مقداريهما (2.68) و(2.74) على التوالي، وأن قيم معاملات الارتباط بين جميع استراتيجيات التفاوض المختلفة وجميع أبعاد اتِّخاذ القرار والدرجة الكليَّة دالة عند ‏مستوى (‏‎0.01 = α)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالّة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول ‏درجتي ممارسة الاستراتيجيات التفاوض وعمليات اتِّخاذ القرار وفقاً لمتغيرات المسمى الوظيفي، والتخصص، وعدد سنوات الخبرة.
