Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of two warm-up protocols in the distance and the speed of volleyball players vertical jump. To achieve this goal we used the warm-up protocols (jump without warm-up, stretching for (10) minutes then warm-up for (5) minutes, (10) minutes' warm-up then (5) minutes stretching), applied to a sample of (5) players were chosen intentionally. vertical jump test was used to measure the distance of the jump ability, analysis software (kinova) and the equation of speed in the collection of the information necessary in addition to the physical variables such as Length and Length with extended arm, body mass,age. The best attempts were taken to players to detect differences in the distance and the speed of the vertical jump to the players. Results indicated the presence of the stylistic differences between the warm-up for the benefit of the warm-up then stretching. We recommend the need to use the warm-up exercises then stretching exercises in the vertical jump exercises.

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر أسلوبي للإحماء على كل من مسافة وسرعة الوثب العامودي لدى لاعبي الكرة الطائرة في جامعة اليرموك. إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي على عينة تكونت من (5) لاعب تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام أفراد العينة بالوثب العامودي للأعلى (بدون إحماء وإطالة، إطالة لمدة (10) دقائق، ثم الإحماء لمدة (5) دقائق، وأخيرا الإحماء لمدة (10) دقائق ثم إطالة لمدة (5) دقائق. تم استخدام اختبار الوثب العامودي من الثبات لقياس مسافة الوثب، وبرمجية التحليل الحركي (kinova) ومعادلة السرعة في جمع المعلومات اللازمة، بالإضافة إلى المتغيرات الجسمية (طول الجسم، الطول مع مد الذراع، الكتلة والعمر). تم أخذ أفضل محاولة وثب لكل لاعب للكشف عن الفروق في كل من مسافة وسرعة الوثب العامودي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين أسلوبي بدون الإحماء والإطالة والإحماء ثم الإطالة لصالح الإحماء ثم الإطالة، ويوصي الباحث بضرورة استخدام تمرينات الإحماء ثم الإطالة في تدريبات الوثب العامودي.
