The prevailing leadership styles of fitness coaches for referees from the point of view of the rulers in Jordan

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying was to the prevailing leadership styles of fitness trainers for football referees from the point of view of referees in Jordan. The researchers used a descriptive method, and a sample of (100) was chosen in a deliberate manner. The researchers used a questionnaire that measures the leadership style of the trainer. The leadership style questionnaire was applied to the study sample members of the football referees in Jordan. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences ), To extract the statistical treatments to answer the questions of the study of the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient and T (T) analysis and analysis of mono and Tukey test, and the results indicated that the most commonly used style of the coach is the democratic pattern, Its second, then third place easygoing style, the researchers recommended by highlighting the democratic style because of its significant impact in dealing with the rulers.

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسه التعرف إلى الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مدربي اللياقه البدنيه لحكام كرة القدم من وجهة نظر الحكام في الأردن. استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي، وتم اختيار عينه مكونه من (100) حكم من حكام كرة القدم في الأردن بالطريقه العمديه، واستخدم الباحثون إستبيان يقيس النمط القيادي للمدرب، وتم تطبيق استبانة النمط القيادي على أفراد عينة الدراسه من حكام كرة القدم في الأردن، وتم استخدام برنامج الرزمه الاحصائيه للعلوم الإجتماعيه (SPSS)،لإستخراج المعالجات الإحصائيه للإجابه على تساؤلات الدراسه من المتوسط الحسابي وانحراف معياري وتحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار Bonforonn، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن النمط الأكثر استخداماً لدى المدرب هو النمط الديموقراطي، ثم تلاه النمط التسلطي بالمرتبه الثانيه، ثم النمط المتساهل بالمرتبه الثالثه، وأوصى الباحثون بتسليط الضوء على النمط الديموقراطي لما له الأثر الكبير في التعامل مع الحكام.
