Abstract
The purpose of the current study was to find out Reasons for obtaining the students of faculty of physical education for refereeing team games. Forty students were selected randomly from the faculty of physical education. A questionnaire for the study purpose was used and consisted of for domains (psychological, social, financial and academic). Means, standard deviation, percentages and T test were performed. Results showed that the most reason was the financed, academic, psychological and social domains respectively. It was recommended to uncovering and direct students towards refereeing different championships using seminars and lectures and forming committee that concerns and follows up retreating issues.

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أسباب عزوف طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية عن ممارسة تحكيم منافسات الألعاب الرياضية بالجامعة الأردنية في الجامعة الأردنية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ضمن المحاور (النفسي، الاجتماعي، الاقتصادي، الأكاديمي). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) طالباً وطالبة من الجامعة الأردنية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وبعد جمع البيانات وإجراء المعاملات الإحصائية المناسبة أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أكثر الأسباب لعزوف طلبة كلية التربية الرياضية عن ممارسة تحكيم منافسات الألعاب الرياضية بالجامعة الأردنية كان هذا متمثلاً بالمحور الاقتصادي ثم المحور الأكاديمي ثم المحور النفسي ثم المحور الاجتماعي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتوجيه الطلاب وتشجيعهم نحو تحكيم البطولات والألعاب الرياضية المختلفة من خلال المحاضرات والندوات والدورات، وكما أوصت أيضا بضرورة تشكيل لجنة داخلية معينة تعنى بشؤون التحكيم ومتابعته مع الطلاب.
