Abstract

The study tackles the stages of Al-Jihad permission and its modern implications. Al-jihad was based on situation which enabled the prophet (peace be upon him) to avoid creating conflict and collective disrooting. The study also shows the nature of the means used in the stages of social، political and economic interaction within a frame of balance and equality when arguing، thinking and carrying out the ideas. Further، it shows the need of the present-day Islamic nation for phasing education، formation of nation and the bases of dealing with others within the giving's of situation and employing it positively.

الملخص

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة مراحل تشريع الجهاد وأبعادها المعاصرة، كانت مرحلية الجهاد مناسبة للواقع، بحيث تفادى الرسول محاولات افتعال الصراع واعتماده على مبررات الاجتثاث الجماعي. كما يبين البحث ماهية الوسائل المستخدمة في مراحل التفاعل الاجتماعي أو السياسي أو الاقتصادي، ضمن منهجية التوازن والاعتدال في الطرح والتفكير والتنفيذ. كما يوضح حاجة واقع الأمة الإسلامية المعاصر إلى مرحلية التربية والتكوين وأسس التعامل ضمن معطيات الواقع وتوظيف هذه المرحلية توظيفا ايجابيا.
