Abstract

The study aimed to propose the role for Jordanian public universities contribute to enhancing the education of citizenship and its relationship to the development of autonomy among the students of education science faculties, and study population consisted of all undergraduate students in the colleges of Education in Jordanian public universities (of Jordan, Yarmouk, Mutah) and who are ( 6929) for the academic year 2011/2012, has been developing a tool to measure the degree of a student to the concepts of education of citizenship and its relationship to the development of autonomy among the students of education science faculties in Jordanian public universities and consisted of (55) items distributed in two parts, first is the raising of citizenship and is divided into five main (rights, duties, participation, respect for law, justice) and measured (40), paragraph, and the paragraphs of Part II is a measure of independence and self-measured (15) paragraph. The study sample for the purposes of the study (680) students were chosen randomly, with a sample of (154) students. The study found that there a role for universities in the Jordanian official in promoting the concepts of education of citizenship among the students of faculties of educational sciences at the center of the rights, duties, participation and respect for law and justice, and that the highest approval came on the field of justice with an average My Account (4.17) and field duties in second with an average arithmetic (4.06), while the area of respect for the law in the order in the third with an average arithmetic (4.01), The field of the order in the fourth with an average arithmetic (3.84), and came in last place the field of participation with an average arithmetic (3.72 ). That the arithmetic mean of the tool's total vertebrae role of the university in the development of autonomy was high average arithmetic (4.18), the study recommends the following: Action to adopt a comprehensive national strategy for Education national contribution in promoting understanding and awareness of students to the concepts and themes.

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية في تعزيز تربية المواطنة وعلاقتها بتنمية الاستقلالية الذاتية لدى طلبة كليات العلوم التربوية من وجهة نظرهم، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة مرحلة البكالوريوس في كليات العلوم التربوية في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية (الأردنية، اليرموك، مؤته) والبالغ عددهم (6929) للعام الدراسي 2011/2012، وقد تم تطوير أداة لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، وتكونت من (55) فقرة موزعة على جزأين، الأول يتعلق بتربية المواطنة وينقسم إلى خمسة محاور (الحقوق، الواجبات، المشاركة احترام القانون، العدالة) وتقيسها (40) فقرة، أما الجزء الثاني فهو فقرات تقيس الاستقلالية الذاتية ويقيسه (15) فقرة. تكونت العينة لغايات الدراسة من (680) طالباً وطالبة اختيروا بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، إذ تكونت العينة من (154) طالباً و(526) طالبةً. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود دور للجامعات الأردنية الرسمية في تعزيز مفاهيم تربية المواطنة لدى طلبة كليات العلوم التربوية في محور الحقوق، والواجبات والمشاركة واحترام القانون والعدالة، وأن أعلى درجات الموافقة جاءت على مجال العدالة بمتوسط حسابي (4.17) ثم مجال الواجبات في الترتيب الثاني بمتوسط حسابي (4.06)، بينما جاء مجال احترام القانون بالترتيب الثالث بمتوسط حسابي (4.01)، وجاء مجال  الحقوق بالترتيب الرابع بمتوسط حسابي (3.84)، وجاء في المرتبة الأخيرة مجال المشاركة بمتوسط حسابي (3.72). وأن المتوسط الحسابي للأداة الكلية لفقرات دور الجامعة في تنمية الاستقلالية الذاتية جاءت مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي (4.18)، ووجود علاقة ايجابية بين تربية المواطنة وتنمية الاستقلالية الذاتية وبناءً على نتائج الدراسة، فإن الدراسة توصي بالآتي: العمل على تبني إستراتيجية وطنية شاملة للتربية الوطنية تساهم في تعزيز فهم وإدراك الطلبة للمفاهيم والمحاور، التي تساهم بشكل مباشر في تعزيز مفاهيم التربية الوطنية لدى الطلبة وتنمية الاستقلالية الذاتية لديهم.
