Professor Salah Zain Al-Din is a Professor of Private Law at Lusail University. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Alexandria University, his Master’s degree from Cairo University, and his Ph.D. from the University of New Delhi.
Between 1995 and 2005, Prof. Salah held academic positions at several prestigious Jordanian universities, including the University of Jordan and Isra University, where he served as Chair of the Private Law Department and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Law.
Since 2005, he has joined leading universities across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), such as Qatar University, Sultan Qaboos University, Ajman University, University of Sharjah, the American University in the Emirates, and Al Ghurair University, where he also served as Dean of the Faculty of Law.
Prof. Salah’s academic contributions to Private Law cover areas such as Intellectual Property, Commercial Law, and Maritime Law. He has authored several books, articles, and research papers, and has actively participated in numerous academic conferences.
Since 1983, he has also practiced law, providing legal consultancy to governments, universities, and corporations. In addition, he has appeared as a legal analyst on major media platforms, including Al Jazeera, Alhurra, and Jordan TV.
