Dr. Jamil Tomazi

Dr. Itmezi holds the rank of Associate Professor. He received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Granada, Spain in 2005 and currently serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. He has previously held positions as Dean of Scientific Research and Director of the E-Learning Center at Al-Palestine Ahliya University in Bethlehem, and was a member of both the University Council and the Academic Council. Earlier, he served as Director of the E-Learning Unit at Palestine Polytechnic University in Hebron, where he also lectured.

Dr. Itmezi is an active researcher, having authored 12 books on e-learning and information technology, and published over 50 peer-reviewed papers in international conferences and journals covering topics such as e-learning, open educational resources, learning management systems, recommendation systems, and open systems. He serves as an evaluator for academic programs at the bachelor's and master's levels for the Palestinian Ministry of Higher Education, and participates in numerous conference and journal committees. He has reviewed dozens of research papers for international conferences and evaluated numerous master's and doctoral theses.

Dr. Itmezi has been actively involved in teaching various training courses, developing academic curricula in information technology and information systems, and has authored dozens of technology articles. He has received several grants and awards and has attended numerous workshops and conferences worldwide.
