Jamil Itmazi is Associate Professor; gained Ph.D. in Associate Professor, specifically in the development of e-Learning software, from the Granada University, Spain, 2005. He is working as a lecturer at IT College, Ex-Dean of Scientific Research and chair of eLearning center at Palestine Ahliya University in Bethlehem - Palestinian.
Dr. Itmazi is an active researcher; He has published more than 60 papers in international journals and conferences, in addition to 15 books, and numerous articles in newspapers. His research interests include but are not limited to the following areas: e-Learning Systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Open Educational Resources (OER), Learning Management Systems, Recommendation Systems and Open-Source Systems. He also enjoys participating in a wide-range of IT-related projects.
