Dr. Nihad Al-Othman is the Head of the Anatomy, Biochemistry, and Genetics Division at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, An-Najah National University, Nablus, Palestine. He obtained his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of Jordan in 2017, and his M.Sc. in Biological Sciences from An-Najah National University in 2012. He teaches courses in disease biochemistry, clinical biochemistry, and genetics, and supervises undergraduate and postgraduate research. His research interests focus on gene expression and microRNA and their roles in triple-negative breast cancer. He has published several papers in peer-reviewed international journals and participated in regional and international scientific conferences.
