This study is discussing and evaluating the of Dr. Wahba al-Zuhaili’s interpretation book entitled “Al-Tafsir Al-Muneer in Aqgeda, Shari and methodology”. In order to, explore its characteristics and advantages as well as the most important critics within the principles of justice and fairness.The study analyzed the book within carefully within the methodology of the interpreter in his work then clarifying the wealth of examples regarding the characteristics and advantages of this book and any other remarks and comments. The study concluded that Al-Tafsir Al-Muneer book has many characteristics and advantages such as following a certain plan, discussing contemporary social, political and fiqhi issues and flexible writing style. On the other hand, the remarks on the book included the shortage of old and modern interpreter’s opinions, the shortage in reflecting the holy Quran verses on current life issues, the shortage in investigating other interpretations and the mis-citation of scientific opinions.

يتناولُ هذا البحث بالدارسة والتقويم تفسيرَ الأستاذ الدكتور وهبة الزُّحَيلِيِّ الموسوم بـ (التفسير المنير في العقيدة والشريعة والمنهج)، وقد عَمَدَ الباحثُ إلى الاستقراء التامِّ لـ (التفسير المنير)، ودَرَسَ طريقةَ المفسِّر في تفسيره دراسةً فاحصةً متأنِّية، ثم بَيَّنَ بالأمثلة الوافرة ما يمتازُ به هذا التفسيرُ من خصائص ومزايا، وما يُسجَّلُ عليه من ملحوظاتٍ، ويُؤْخَذُ عليه من مآخِذ. وقد خَلَصَ هذا البحثُ في نتائجه إلى أنَّ (التفسير المنير) يمتازُ بعِدَّة خصائصَ ومزايا، منها التزامُه بالخُطَّة التي وضعَها، ومنها تناوُلُه لبعض القضايا المعاصِرة الاجتماعية والسياسية والفقهية، ومنها يُسْرُ أسلوب الكتابة. وبالمقابل يؤْخَذُ على (التفسير المنير) عِدَّةُ مآخِذ، منها قلَّةُ الإضافات التفسيريَّة على ما سَبَقَ به المفسِّرون القُدامى والمُحْدَثون، ومنها نُدرةُ تنزيل الآيات القرآنية على الواقع المُعاش الذي يحياهُ المفسِّر، ومنها ندرةُ التحقيق والتمحيص للآراء التفسيرية، وقلةُ التوثيق للنُّقولات العلمية.
