This study aimed to examine the relationship between the services provided to students with motor disabilities in government schools across the northern governorates of Palestine and their academic adjustment, as perceived by educational counselors. To achieve the study's objectives, the researchers employed a descriptive correlational approach, with a sample comprising 212 male and female counselors working in government schools within the West Bank governorates during the 2023/2024 academic year. Two scales were developed by the researchers to measure the relevant variables, after validating their psychometric properties: the scale assessing services provided to students with disabilities and the scale measuring academic adjustment. Following an analysis of the sample data through both descriptive and Relational statistics, the study yielded the following findings: There exists a high level of services provided to students with motor disabilities in government schools located in the northern governorates, as observed by educational counsellors. This high level of support is reflected in the students’ academic adjustment. The results indicated a positive correlation between the services extended to students with motor disabilities and their academic adjustment, as perceived by the educational counsellors. Additionally, the findings revealed statistically significant differences in the levels of services offered and academic adjustment among students with motor disabilities, attributed to the gender variable, with males benefiting more favourably. This study uncovered statistically significant differences in the services provided and their relationship with academic adjustment, particularly emphasising the role of gender. The results indicate a positive effect on academic adjustment for male students The study recommends conducting several studies that address the educational services provided to students with disabilities in general.

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى العلاقة بين الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الحركية بالمدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الشمالية من فلسطين والتوافق الدراسي من وجهات نظر المرشدين التربويين. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (212) مرشداً /ة من العاملين في المدارس الحكومية في محافظات الضفة الغربية (الموسم 2023/2024). استخدمت الدراسة مقياسين من إعداد الباحثان بعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية (مقياس الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة، ومقياس التوافق الدراسي). وتوصلت الدراسة بعد تحليل بينات العينة عن طريق الإحصاء الوصفي والاستدلالي للنتائج الآتية: وجود مستوى مرتفع من الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الحركية في المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الشمالية من وجهات نظر المرشدين التربويين، وانعكاس ذلك على مستوى التوافق الدراسي لدى الطلبة ذاتهم واظهرت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط ايجابية بين الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الحركية بالمدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الشمالية والتوافق الدراسي من وجهات نظر المرشدين التربويين، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الخدمات المقدمة والتوافق الدراسي لدى الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الحركية في المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الشمالية من وجهات نظر المرشدين التربويين تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي ولصالح الذكور بالإضافة الى وجود فروق ذات دلاله احصائية بين الخدمات المقدمة والتوافق الدراسي يعزى لمتغير الجنس لصلح الذكور. وتوصي الدراسة بإجراء دراسات عديده تشمل الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الاعاقة بشكل عام.
