Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the reality of reflective Practicesand its Impact on Achievement Motivation of High Basic Stage Teachers in Irbid, the sample of the study consisted of (650) teachers (males and females) In Irbid Directorate of Education, whereas the Scale of reflective Practices and the Scale of Achievement Motivation were used to collect data. The study results showed that there was the high degree in the level of reflective Practices and Achievement Motivationof High Basic Stage Teachers and there was significant statistical relationship between reflective Practices and Achievement Motivation of High Basic Stage Teachers and there was significant statistical relationship between the level of reflective Practices and Achievement Motivation of High Basic Stage Teachers in Irbid due to gender variable in favor of female, the research recommended to the importance guidance all the teachers forward employment reflective Teaching And develop their ability to practice.

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع الممارسات التأملية وأثرها على دافعية الانجاز لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية العليا في محافظة اربد، وتمَّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. وتكوَّنت عينة الدراسة من (650) معلماً ومعلمة يعملون في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة اربد، وتمَّ استخدام مقياس مستوى الممارسات التأملية ومقياس دافعية الانجاز لجمع البيانات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود درجة مرتفعة في مستوى الممارسات التأملية وفي دافعية الانجاز لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية العليا، ووجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين الممارسات التأملية ودافعية الانجاز لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية العليا، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الممارسات التأملية ودافعية الانجاز لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية العليا في محافظة اربد تُعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة توجيه جميع المعلمين نحو توظيف التدريس التأملي، وتطوير قدراتهم على الممارسة.
