Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the current organizational culture at Al-Aqsa University and its relationship with knowledge management from university lecturers point of view. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach owing to its suitability to this study. The researcher also used a questionnaire which has been adopted an a sample of(98) university lecturers. The study reached the following conclusions: 1) the current organizational culture at Al-Aqsa University as seen by lecturers is weak, with a relation weight of 57.76%. 2) The level of knowledge management at Al-Aqsa University as seen by lecturers is weak, with a relation weight of 59.10%. 3) Weakness of the level of knowledge management at Al-Aqsa University has a relationship with the weakness of the current organizational culture at Al-Aqsa University

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في جامعة الأقصى وعلاقتها بإدارة المعرفة وذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة لمناسبتها لها، كما استخدم الباحث استبانة كأداة أساسية، وطبقها على عينة بلغت (98) عضواً من الهيئة التدريسية في الجامعة التي تبلغ قوامها (306). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) أن الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في جامعة الأقصى كما يراها أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ضعيفة، وذلك بوزن نسبي قدره 57.76%. 2) أن مستوى إدارة المعرفة في جامعة الأقصى كما يراها أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية أيضاً ضعيفة، وذلك بوزن نسبي قدره (59.10%). 3) أن ضعف مستوى إدارة المعرفة في جامعة الأقصى له علاقة بضعف الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في الجامعة.
