Abstract

Study aims to identify the procedures for accounting in the debt the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the light of the implementation of electronic government and research to address as a set of procedures and the steps proposed for the control of the Government, which include, planning procedures for the operation of government and regulatory procedures for the design of a model for the implementation of the oversight process and procedures of the Government to identify areas of oversight and governmental action to implement the process of government control in the field of electronic systems. The search to find that he did not have a Court of appropriate accounting control procedures include procedures for the planning process, government regulatory action and the design of an appropriate model for the implementation of the oversight process and procedures of the Government to identify areas of government control and procedures for the implementation of the process of government control in the field of electronic systems.

الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على إجراءات ديوان المحاسبة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية في ضوء تطبيق الحكومة الالكترونية، حيث يتطرق البحث إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات والخطوات المقترحة للرقابة الحكومية والتي تشتمل على: - إجراءات التخطيط للعملية الرقابية الحكومية، وتصميم نموذج لتنفيذ عملية الرقابة الحكومية، وإجراءات تحديد مجالات الرقابة الحكومية، وإجراءات لتنفيذ عملية الرقابة الحكومية في مجال الأنظمة الإلكترونية. وقد توصل البحث إلى انه لا يتوفر لدى ديوان المحاسبة إجراءات رقابية ملائمة تشتمل على إجراءات التخطيط للعملية الرقابة الحكومية، وإجراءات تصميم نموذج لتنفيذ عملية الرقابة الحكومية، وإجراءات تحديد مجالات الرقابة الحكومية، وإجراءات لتنفيذ عملية الرقابة الحكومية في مجال الأنظمة الإلكترونية.
