The Level of Equity among the Jordanian Ministry of Education Supervisors for Knowledge Economic of Concepts Regarding some Demographic Variables

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Level of Equity among the Jordanian Ministry of Education supervisors for knowledge of economic concepts by Applying a tested structured questionnaire designed by the researcher on a randomly selected (213) educational supervisors. The statistical analysis using the one- way ANOVA revealed that most of the participants have good knowledge of economic concepts, but the mean of the knowledge of economic concepts were significantly high (P < 0.05) for scientific educational supervisors when compared with the literature and vocational ones. There were no statistically significant differences for knowledge of economic concepts regarding the level of education, and years of experience.

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة درجة امتلاك مشرفي وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن لمفاهيم الاقتصاد المعرفي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية, ولتحقيق ذلك طبقت استبانة من إعداد الباحثين بعد التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية على عينة عشوائية بلغت (213) مشرف. تم استخدام تحليل التباين الأحادي (ANOVA), واختبار شيفيه (Scheffe Test), والمتوسطات الحسابية للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المشرفين التربويين يمتلكون مفاهيم الاقتصاد المعرفي بدرجة كبيرة, كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a ³ 0.05) في درجة امتلاك المشرفين لمفاهيم الاقتصاد المعرفي باختلاف التخصصات التي يشرفون عليها ولصالح التخصصات العلمية. فيما لم تظهر النتائج فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a ³ 0.05) في درجة امتلاك المشرفين لمفاهيم الاقتصاد المعرفي باختلاف كل من المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة.
