Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of learning swimming skills through the Internet on physical education students' perspectives toward using Internet in teaching and learning. Two separate groups: the experimental group and the control group had participated in the study. The results of data analysis indicated that the experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group on students' perspectives toward learning by the internet. The results also indicated that there were no significant differences between students with high computer experiences and students with less computer experience. Furthermore، there were no significant differences between students' perspectives toward learning by the internet according to their academic achievement levels.
