Abstract

This research deals with an important issue relating to disability and unsociability. Our Islamic religion scholars in former times discussed this to pic in accordance with the chief Islamic legislation sources and the supplements that followed. This research tries to specifty the problem and illustrate what scholars said this respect. Also, it defined the disability and the wisdom behnd it, the principle of joint responsibility within the small community and the social solidarity as well and the different between them. Moreover, I pointed out to the Islamic law principles that implant the spirit of joint responsibility, its resources, bases and illustrated low Islamic regulated it. I refereed also to the public services Islam extended in this respect in the ages of its prosperity. Thus we can identify the right of the handicapped person from an Islamic point of view and low the can be guided and rehabilitated, in the hope that the can mingle with society members within the limits of he power and abilities, so that he can enjoy tranquility and peace. After discussing the topics this research 0 come to its very important results.
