Abstract
This paper examines hadith (prophetic Teachings), whish urge maintenance of animals provision of food and water for it. The researcher also details on this maintenance from a religions perspective. That is, the extent of the legislator power to force the owner of the animal to provide this maintenance. The researcher also tackled this maintener for a gudicial perspective. That is, the extent of the gudges power or rulers power to commit the owner to provide maintenarce to his animal. At the end, the researcher details on scholars opiraions regading this issue and evidence for these opinions and out weighs strong nes.
