Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate problems which faced Volleyball players in Palestine. Furthermore, determine the effect of playing experience and qualification variables on these problems. The sample of the study consisted of (130) players from different divisions, and a (37) items questionnaire was conducted for measuring problems. The results revealed a low degree of problems for total score, where the percent of response was (57.2%), and the highest problem was on financial and emotional support domain (68.2%), and the lowest problem was on social relationship domain (40.8%).Furthermore, the results indicated a significant differences at (0.05) in problems between 5 years and less playing experience and more than 5 years in favor of more than 5 years. In addition, the results indicated that there are no significant differences in problems due to qualification variable. Based on the study findings the researcher recommended to increase attention for financial and emotional support of Volleyball players in Palestine.
