Abstract

This study aimed at exploring the obstacles that encounter implementing the strategy of the authentic assessment system on the first four grades of elementary education in first Zarqa educational district schools. In addition, the researchers suggested a number of solutions for such issue. To achieve the main purpose of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire which consisted of fifty items distributed into five categories, they are: obstacles related to teachers, school administration, educational supervisors, fiscal issues, and professional development programs. The population of this study consisted of all educational supervisors, principals, and teachers who work in First Zarqa Educational District during the academic year 2007-2008. The sample of the study consisted of (363) educational supervisors, principals, and teachers who were by stratify selected way from the population of the study. The results of the study indicated that the obstacles that encounter implementing the strategy of the authentic assessment system arranged in the following order: fiscal issues, professional development programs, Teachers, educational supervisors, and school administration. Successively in addition, there were no significant differences in term of obstacles identified by respondents due to academic degree and job position. The researchers suggested a number of solutions that help to decrease these obstacles. One of them is developing a guide book includes the authentic assessment system regarding its goals, nature, philosophy, roles and responsibilities.

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المعيقات التي تواجه تطبيق استراتيجية منظومة التقويم الواقعي على تلاميذ الصفوف الأربعة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في محافظة الزرقاء، ومن ثم تقديم أنسب الحلول لها. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة قام الباحثون بتطوير استبانة تم إعدادها خصيصاً لهذا الغرض، وقد تكونت الاستبانة من (50) فقرة موزعة على خمسة محاور أساسية هي: المعيقات المتعلقة بالمعلم، المعيقات المتعلقة بالإدارة المدرسية، المعيقات المتعلقة بالمشرف التربوي، المعيقات المتعلقة بالإمكانيات المادية، والمعيقات المتعلقة بالبرامج التدريبية وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المشرفين التربويين، ومديري المدارس، والمعلمين في مديرية تربية محافظة الزرقاء الأولى خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 2008/2009. أما عينة الدراسة فقد تكونت من (363) مشرفاً تربوياً، ومديراً، ومعلماً، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. وأظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن أكثر المعيقات التي تواجه تطبيق استراتيجية منظومة التقويم الواقعي هي المعيقات المتعلقة بالإمكانيات المادية ومن ثم يليها المعيقات المتعلقة بالبرامج التدريبية. أما المرتبة الثالثة فقد كانت للمعيقات المتعلقة بالمعلم. أما المعيقات المتعلقة بالمشرف التربوي والإدارة المدرسية فقد كانت على التوالي في المرتبتين الأخيرتين. كما تبَّين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة = 0.05 تعزى إلى متغيري المؤهل العلمي والوظيفة. وللحد من هذه المعيقات اقترح الباحثون عدداً من الحلول التي تساعد على التخلص أو التقليل من حدة هذه المعيقات. ومن ضمن هذه الحلول المقترحـة: وضـع دليل إرشادي يتضمن منظومة التقويـم الواقعي من حيث: أهدافها، طبيعتها، فلسفتها، وتحديد الأدوار والمسؤوليات فيها.
