Abstract
This study aims at identifying the level of enabling the mathematics teachers of strategic teaching skills in the secondary stage in Gaza governorate. The analytical descriptive approach was used in this study. The sample consisted of 82 male and female teachers. The instrument of the study was a questionnaire consisted of 40 items. The results of the study showed that the level of enabling the mathematics teachers in the secondary stage for the strategic teaching skills as an entrance for the study skills for a student during the lesson was between (69.27% - 90%), and the level of teaching thinking skills during the lesson was between (74.15% - 89.51%). The results indicated the importance of strategic teaching skills from the perspective of the sample. Also, there were no significant differences of having the strategic teaching skills due to these variables: gender, qualifications, educational training courses, and experience. The study recommended the necessity of involving the mathematical lessons in secondary stage with the skills of applying computer and training the mathematics teachers on the integration between thinking and teaching mathematic skills in the secondary stage.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى تمكن معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة غزة من مهارات التعليم الإستراتيجي، حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (82) معلماً ومعلمة رياضيات، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة باستبانة مكونة من (40) فقرة، وقد أفضت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تمكن معلمي الرياضيات بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي لمهارات التعليم الإستراتيجي كمدخل لتدريس المهارات للطالب أثناء الدرس تتراوح ما بين (69.27% -90%)، وكان مستوى تمكن معلمي الرياضيات لإستراتيجية تدريس مهارات التفكير للطالب أثناء الدرس تتراوح ما بين (74.15%-89.51%) وهذا يؤكد أهمية التعليم الاستراتيجي من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة. وقد لوحظ عدم وجود فروق في مهارات التعليم الاستراتيجي في ضوء كل من متغير جنس المعلم و متغير المؤهل ومتغير الدورات العلمية والتربوية ومتغير سنوات الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تضمين دروس الرياضيات في التعليم الثانوي لمهارات تطبيق الحاسوب ، وتدريب معلمي الرياضيات على التكامل بين مدخلي التفكير ومهارات تدريس الرياضيات في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي.
