Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difficulties which the physical education female students face in participating in soccer at the Palestinian Universities. To achieve that, the study was conducted on (90) female students from three universities, An-Najah University, Abu Dees University, and Palestine Technology College. A structured questionnaire was administered and consisted of (21) items which were divided in to four domains, these domains are: social, family, technical, and personal. The results revealed that the degree of difficulties which female encounter was high on social and technical domains, while it was moderate on family and personal domains. Based on the study findings, the researcher recommended to increase the number of soccer coaches, and to motivate female students to participate in soccer training. Furthermore, researcher urged universities instructors to promote female students to practice such sport.

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف إلى معوقات ممارسة لعبة كرة القدم لدى طالبات تخصص التربية الرياضية في الجامعات الفلسطينية، ولتحقيق ذلك تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة قوامها 90 طالبة من طالبات جامعة النجاح وجامعة أبوديس وجامعة فلسطين التقنية. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لأغراض الدراسة. وتم تحديد المعوقات بأربعة مجالات هي المجال الاجتماعي، والمجال الاسري، والمجال الفني، والمجال الشخصي. وقد اظهرت النتائج ان درجة المعوقات على مجالي الاجتماعي والفني جاءت كبيرة بينما كانت درجة المعيقات على مجالي الاسري والشخصي متوسطة. كما اظهرت النتائج إن أعلى درجة من المعيقات كانت في المجال الاجتماعي (2.51) درجة، واقل درجة من المعوقات في المجال الشخصي (1.71) درجة. ومن اجل رفع مستوى المشاركة لدى الطالبات في هذا النوع من النشاط اوصى الباحث، بتوفير الملاعب، بالإضافة إلى زيادة عدد المدربين المتخصصين في هذا المجال, وبث الوعي بين افراد المجتمع والاهل على اهمية ممارسة هذه اللعبة، كما اوصى الباحث العاملين في الجامعات الفلسطينية على حث طالبات التخصص في ممارسة لعبة كرة القدم من اجل رفع مستوى هذه اللعبة وان تكون مساقا اجباريا من بين مساقات المواد العملية.
