Abstract

This research addresses an important issue affecting the society's psychological security of orphans. The research has defined the psychological security and demonstrated its significant in Islam Jurisprudence .It also showed how to achieve this aspect and its influence in the Muslim society. The research followed analytical critical method. The study concluded that this concept is vital in Islamic Jurisprudence and it is a right for the orphan which should be given to him. It also concluded that the true care of the orphan supersedes the food and money to include the psychological care

الملخص

تناول هذا البحث مسألة مهمة من المسائل التي تمس المجتمع ألا وهي الأمن النفسي لليتيم، وقد بين البحث معنى الأمن النفسي وأهميته ومكانته في الشريعة الإسلامية وكيفية تحقيقه وآثاره، من خلال تتبع المنهجين، التحليلي والنقدي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأمن النفسي له مكانة بارزة في مقاصد الشريعة وأنه حق لليتيم يجب تحقيقه وتوفيره له وأن الكفالة الحقيقية لليتيم تتعدى الطعام والشراب لتشمل النفس الإنسانية بجميع جوانبها.
