Abstract

The study aimed to identify the important obstacles which face Volleyball in Irbid Directorate from viewpoint of Physical education teachers, and to determine whether variables such as gender, experience and education affect these obstacles. The descriptive method was used in this study. The study sample was (83) teachers, which were chosen randomly. A questionnaire was prepared by the researchers which consisted of (52) terms and measured five domains: Curricula obstacles, financial obstacles, teaching techniques obstacles, teacher's obstacles and local community obstacles. The study results showed that the obstacles which face volleyball were moderate. Also, there were no significant differences attributable to gender and experience, but there were significant difference attributable to education, and the most acute pertained to Diplomas.

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تواجه لعبة الكرة الطائرة في محافظة إربد من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الرياضية، والتعرف على تأثير متغيرات (الجنس، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي) في درجة المعوقات، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة إذ تكونت عينة الدراسة من (83) معلم ومعلمة، تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية واختبارها بواسطة استبانة معدة من قبل الباحثان إذ تكونت من (52) فقرة تقيس خمسة مجالات هي (المعوقات المتصلة بالمنهاج، المعوقات المرتبطة بطريقة التدريس، المعوقات المتصلة بالإمكانات المادية، المعوقات المتصلة بالمدرس، المعوقات المتصلة بالنظرة الاجتماعية) وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المعوقات التي تواجه لعبة الكرة الطائرة في محافظة إربد كانت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المعوقات التي تواجه لعبة الكرة الطائرة في محافظة إربد تعزى لمتغير الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، بينما كان هناك فروق لأثر متغير المؤهل العلمي وبلغ أكثرها حدة حملة شهادة الدبلوم.
