Abstract

This study aimed to developing standard levels to test basic volleyball skills for female students at physical Education department at Al- yarmouk University. Descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of (34) female students selected randomly, who were registered at "Training Theories" for the second semester of the academic year (2009-2010) A battery of six tests was applied to measure the basic volleyball skills; Spike, Block, Serve, Setup, Reception and Defense. As a result, percentile standard levels were built to test female students and evaluate their level of performance.
