Abstract

This study provides a scenario to optimize factors activate the international initiatives to the challenges of conflict accelerated, which threaten international stability, which in turn reflected the reality of the conflict, but Islamic law adopts the initiative systematically a variety of purposes, hear and be guided found taken after the realistic payment dispute or Ahtdamh. Recognized international legislation of the Islamic seriousness of the threat resulting from the acceleration in the events tense, with the same perception urged Islamic Muslims to lose to stop the acceleration of the pace of the conflict and a return to stability, through the activation of positive initiatives of the driving wheel of international peace, and to bridge the gap dispute between the parties.

الملخص

تقدم هذه الدراسة التصور الأمثل لعوامل تفعيل المبادرات الدولية أمام تحديات النزاعات المتسارعة، والتي تهدد الاستقرار الدولي، والذي بدوره ينعكس على واقع النزاع، ولكن الشريعة الإسلامية تتبني المبادرة منهجية متنوعة الأغراض، فلذا تجدها أخذت بعدها الواقعي في دفع النزاع أو احتدامه. أدرك التشريع الدولي الإسلامي جسامة الخطر الناشئ عن التسارع في الأحداث المتوترة، وبنفس الإدراك حثت الشريعة الإسلامية المسلمين بالمسارعة لوقف تسارع وتيرة النزاع والعودة بها إلى حالة الاستقرار، من خلال التفعيل الايجابي للمبادرات الدافعة لعجلة السلم الدولي، وردم هوة النزاع بين الطرفين.
