Abstract
This study aims at exploring the effectiveness of recourse room services as an inclusion option as perceived by schools principals in Ma`an city. To achieve study objectives, a sample consists of 15 public school principals was selected. An instrument consisted of (25) items was developed to measure the effectiveness of recourse room services as an inclusion option; the instrument indicated a proper validity and reliability property. Means and standard deviations were calculated and data was analyzed utilizing non-parametric statistics (Kruskal-Wallis Test and Mann-Whitney Test). The results reveal high level of effectiveness of recourse centers services as an inclusion option; there were statistical differences in the effectiveness of recourse centers services as an inclusion option as perceived by school principals due to principals' educational level. Whereas, results indicated that there were no statistical differences in the effectiveness of recourse centers services as an inclusion option as perceived by school principals in respect to principals' majors, principals working experiences, and school types.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى فاعلية غرف المصادر كإحدى بدائل الدمج من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في مدينة معان، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (15) مديراً ومديرة في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية تربية وتعليم منطقة معان والمتوافر فيها غرف مصادر. حيث قام الباحث بتطوير أداة، لقياس فاعلية خدمات غرف المصادر كإحدى بدائل الدمج، تكونت بصورتها النهائية من (25) فقرة، وقد تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وقد عولجت بياناتها بإيجاد المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، إضافة إلى استخدام الاختبارات اللامعلمية (اختبار كروسكال والس Kruskal-Wallis Test واختبار مان وتني Mann-Whitney Test). وأشارت النتائج إلى فاعلية غرف المصادر كإحدى بدائل الدمج. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α =0.05) في مدى فاعلية غرف المصادر كإحدى بدائل الدمج من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في مدينة معان تعزى لمؤهل مديري المدارس العلمي، بينما لم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α =0.05) في مدى فاعلية غرف المصادر كإحدى بدائل الدمج من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في مدينة معان، تعزى لمتغيرات تخصص مديري المدارس في مرحلة البكالوريوس، وخبرتهم، ومستوى المدرسة.
