Abstract
This research aims to investigate the necessary teaching skills of teachers of Islamic education for elementary school in Jordan, and to propose a training program based on these skills. The sample of study consisted of 71 teachers of Islamic education for elementary school. In order to achieve the objectives of the present study, a questionnaire was prepared, benefiting from the related educational literature, previous studies and the opinions of specialists. The questionnaire includes five teaching skills. Regarding the validity of the questionnaire, the researchers consulted a number of referees Reliability was assured by calculating coefficient (Cronbach alpha) for each of the five skills included in the questionnaire. The results were as follows: the alpha factor for planning skill was (0.882), for teaching strategies and methodologies was (.913), for classroom management was (0.891), for educational methods and techniques was (.827), and for Calendar was (.823). Next, a training program based on teaching skills was built.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من مدى معرفة الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الأساسية في الأردن، وبناء تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي قائم على الكفايات التدريسية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الأساسية في الأردن. وقد تكّونت عينة الدراسة من (71) معلماً من معلمي التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الأساسية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة بُني بناء استبيانُ الكفايات التدريسية اعتماداً على الأدب التربوي ذي الصلة، والدراسات السابقة، وآراء المتخصصين ووجهات نظرهم. واشتمل الاستبيان على خمس كفايات تدريسية. وتمّ التأكد من صدق الاستبيان عن طريق عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين، وتمّ التأكد من ثباته باستخراج معامل الثبات (كرونباخ ألفا) لكل مجال من مجالات الاستبيان الخمسة. وجاءت النتائج على النحو الآتي: كان معامل ارتباط آلفا لكفايات التخطيط (882,) وكان معامل ارتباط آلفا لكفايات استراتيجيات التدريس وطرائقه (913,)، وكان معامل ارتباط آلفا لكفايات إدارة الصف (891,)، وكان معامل ارتباط آلفا لكفايات الوسائل والتقنيات التعليمية (827,)، وكان معامل ارتباط آلفا لكفايات التقويم (823,). لذلك قامت الباحثتان بناء البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الكفايات التدريسية.
