Abstract
This study was designed to identify availability degree of effective communication skills among Arabic Language teachers in UNRWA Schools in Jordan from the students Standpoint and the Relationship with their achievement. The study sample amounted to (317) students from the study community amounting to (3766) students. The researcher has developed a questionnaire to measure the degree of the Arabic Language teachers possess communication skills in accordance with Likert 5th grade psychometric scale. The questionnaire consisted of two parts: the first: included students' particulars, the second: included the (6) aspects of the effective communication skills and the items listed there under. Having collected and gathered the particulars and conducted the statistical processing, the study concluded the following: The degree of Arabic language teachers for higher primary stage at the UNRWA schools practicing effective communication skills from perspective of students was high. The findings show also presence of discrepancies of statistical significance at the significance level in the availability degree of the effective communication skills among Arabic language teachers from perspective of their students according to the study attainment and in favor of the higher attainment. In light with the findings, the study has recommended a number of recommendations.

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توافر مهارات الاتصال الفعّال لدى معلمي اللغة العربية في مدارس وكالة الغوث في الأردن من وجهة نظر الطلاب وعلاقتها بتحصيلهم. وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (317) طالباً من مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ عدده (3766) طالباً، وقد قام الباحثان بتطوير استبانة تقيس درجة امتلاك معلمي اللغة العربية لمهارات الاتصال وفق مقياس "ليكرت" الخماسي، وتكونت الاستبانة من جزأين: الجزء الأول: تضمن البيانات التي تتعلق بالطالب، والجزء الثاني: تضمن مجالات مهارات الاتصال الفعّال الستة والبنود المدرجة تحتها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن درجة ممارسة معلمي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الأساسية العليا في مدارس وكالة الغوث لمهارات الاتصال الفعّال من وجهة نظر الطلاب كانت مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة توافر مهارات الاتصال الفعّال لدى معلمي اللغة العربية من وجهة نظر طلابهم وفقاً لتحصيلهم الدراسي، ولصالح الطلاب ذوي التحصيل المرتفع، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات.
