Abstract

The provision of toxic substances or harmful ones is known as fortified crimes, where it is difficult to prevent them, and it is usually committed by people who are familiar with the victim who trusted them and secure them usually. Due to the specificity of these crimes by committing it easily and hiding its effects and the difficulty to detect and provide evidence on it, in addition to the inherent treachery and villainy and betrayal of trust, credit and lowliness in ethics and cheese in behavior, this called some legislations to aggravate punishment on these crimes, and called others to legislate special provisions declaring its elements and its legal system.
