Abstract

This paper sought to highlight the role of the arbitration system in Islamic fiqh in solving the disputes between couples. The study also dwelt on the means، manner, aims and impact of bringing harmony between the couples and putting an end to the conflict which may lead to divorce. The importance of this arbitration system lies in the importance of the sacred relationship between the couples. It also shows the importance of the family in Islam and its interest in preventing escalation of problems within the family and in providing a secure family life for all its members.

الملخص
