This study aims to structural analyses road network in Karak Governorate using graphs theory and some quantitative methods in order to recognize the reality of the road network in terms of the degree of Connectivity and Circuitry and Accessibility and Density, in addition to the relationship between the lengths of the network and population distribution analysis, the study found that the road network suffers from the low level of connectivity and Circuitry in general, and the study concluded that there is a disparity in the road network distribution within the province and that the lengths of roads ratio does fit with population ratios, so the study recommended the need to develop to ensure re-distribution of the population and meet their development plans.

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل بنية شبكة الطرق في محافظة الكرك باستخدام النظرية البيانية وبعض الأساليب الكمية، بهدف التعرف على واقع شبكة الطرق من حيث درجة اتصاليتها ودورانيتها وسهولة الوصول وكثافتها، بالإضافة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين أطوال الشبكة والتوزع السكاني، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن شبكة الطرق تعاني من تدني درجة الاتصالية والدورانية بشكل عام. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تفاوت في توزيع شبكة الطرق داخل المحافظة، وان نسبة أطوال الطرق لا تتناسب مع نسب السكان، لذا أوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع الخطط التنموية الكفيلة بإعادة توزيع السكان وتلبية احتياجاتهم.
