Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the role played by the entrepreneurial orientation in the success of SME’s in the City of Skikda in Algeria. The sample consisted of (143) entrepreneur, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. To analyze data, we have used the descriptive statistics, the correlation coefficient, one-way ANOVA and T-test. The results of this study showed the existence of a statistically significant positive relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation and the success of SME, but it is low somehow. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences about the variable entrepreneurial orientation and its impact on the success of SME’s according to demographic variables. The results reveal that the government must take into account the variables of creativity and proactivness to improve and optimize the competitiveness and performance of the SME, and the coordination between the experts in entrepreneurship and decision-makers to overcome the problems faced the Algerian entrepreneur.

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه التوجه الريادي في نجاح المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية سكيكدة بالجزائر. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (143) رياديا صاحب مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة بالولاية، حيث استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد اعتمدنا في تحليل البيانات على الإحصاء الوصفي ومعامل الارتباط وتحليل التباين الأحادي وكذا اختبار T-test)). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة نتائج أهمها وجود علاقة تأثيرية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوجه الريادي ونجاح المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة محل الدراسة بيد أنها منخفضة نوعا ما، كما لم تظهر الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في إجابات أفراد العينة حول متغير دور التوجه الريادي في نجاح المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تعزى إلى المتغيرات الديمغرافية. وبناء على النتائج، خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات أبرزها ضرورة الاعتماد والتنفيذ الفعال لعنصري الإبداع والاستباقية الذي يؤدي إلى تحسين تنافسية وأداء المؤسسة بما يضمن لها النجاح والاستمرارية، والتعاون بين المختصين في ريادة الأعمال وصناع القرار بغية تذليل الصعاب أمام الريادي الجزائري.
