Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the degree at which geography teachers have the structural teaching principles in the basic higher stage in Al-Karak governorate from their point of view, in the light of the variables of gender, experience, and educational qualification. The study sample consisted of 90 male and female teachers. A questionnaire which consisted of 30 items was used after verifying its validity and reliability. In order to achieve the study objectives, the descriptive survey approach was used. The results showed that the extent at which geography teachers have the structural teaching principles was a medium degree with a mean of (3.58). The results showed that there are differences in gender in favor of the female teachers, while the results showed that there are no statistical differences attributed to the educational qualification. As for the teaching experience, there are statistically significant differences in favor of the teaching experience of 10 years or more. In the light of the results, the researcher recommends conducting more advanced training courses in order to train the male and female teachers regarding the structural teaching principles, and the supervisors should pursue the teaching performance of male and female teachers, including the acquisition and application of the structural teaching principles in a regular way during the educational process.

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة امتلاك معلمي الجغرافيا لمبادئ التدريس البنائي في المرحلة الأساسية العليا في محافظة الكرك من وجهة نظرهم، في ضوء متغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، والخبرة التدريسية، والمؤهل العلمي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من المجتمع نفسه حيث بلغ (90)، معلما ومعلمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء الاستبانة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تكونت من (30) فقرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاك معلمي الجغرافيا لمبادئ التدريس البنائي جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي عام (3,58)، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك فروقا في النوع الاجتماعي ولصالح المعلمات، وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ولصالح ذوي الخبرة التدريسية من (10) سنوات فأكثر. وفي ضوء النتائج يوصي الباحث بعقد المزيد من الدورات التدريبية المتقدمة لتدريب معلمي ومعلمات الجغرافيا على مبادئ التدريس البنائي، وقيام المشرفين التربويين بمتابعة معلمي ومعلمات الجغرافيا حول أدائهم التدريسي، بما فيه إمتلاكهم وتطبيقهم لمبادئ التدريس البنائي بشكل منظم خلال العملية التعليمية التعلمية.
