Abstract

This study aimed to define the role of school administration in achieving cultural excellence among students in public secondary schools in Jordan and Palestine from the point of view of their Principals. and its relationship to the variables of state, scientific qualifications and years of experience. The study sample consisted of (220) Principals in secondary schools in Jordan and Palestine, who were selected by cluster method. The study used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire to achieve the goal. The study reached several results: The role of school administration in achieving cultural excellence among students in schools Secondary school in Jordan and Palestine from the point of view of its principals came to a High, and there are no differences in the sample estimates of the role of school administration in achieving cultural excellence among students in public secondary schools in Jordan and Palestine according to the variables of the country and the scientific qualification In light of the results, several recommendations were made, including the need to provide an appropriate school environment for students and teachers in order to create an atmosphere of cultural excellence in the school.

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة تعرف دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق التميز الثقافي لدى الطلبة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في الأردن وفلسطين من وجهة نظر مديريها وعلاقة ذلك بمتغيرات الدولة، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (220) مدير ومديرة في المدارس الثانوية في الأردن وفلسطين، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العنقودية العشوائية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة لتحقيق الهدف، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج منها: أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق التميز الثقافي لدى الطلبة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في الأردن وفلسطين من وجهة نظر مديريها جاء بدرجة كبيرة، ولا يوجد فروق في تقديرات العينة لدور الإدارة المدرسية في تحقيق التميز الثقافي لدى الطلبة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في الأردن وفلسطين تبعا لمتغيرات الدولة والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، وفي ضوء النتائج تم تقديم عدة توصيات منها: ضرورة توفير بيئة مدرسية مناسبة للطلبة والمعلمين من أجل إيجاد مناخ للتميز الثقافي في المدرسة.
