Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the common strategies of children learning and teaching among female teachers of the first three grades in Jordan from Their point of View. The population consisted of (72) female teachers from Al-Quwaismeh directorate of education in Jordan. The study used a questionnaire tool consisted of (27) items to achieve the objectives, the study results revealed that The common strategies of children learning and teaching among Female teachers of the first three grades was moderate level, and there were no statistically significant differences of the attributed to the variable of experiences and class.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن درجة شيوع استراتيجيات تعلم الأطفال وتعليمهم الشائعة لدى معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى في الأردن، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (72) معلمة من مديرية تربية القويسمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة صُممت استبانة مكونة من (27) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث استراتيجيات تدريسية: التدريس المباشر، والتعلم في مجموعات، وحل المشكلات، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الشيوع الكلية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في استراتيجيتي التدريس المباشر، والتعلم في مجموعات، في حين جاءت منخفضة في استراتيجية حل المشكلات. وكذلك كشفت عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لمتغيري الخبرة والصف.
