Degree of applying kaizen approach for continuous improving in Arab schools in green line ways for improvement

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the implementation degree of Kaizen's approach of continuous improvement in Arab schools within the Green Line. Also, it aimed to examine whether the demography variables (gender, seniority and educational degree according to the new reform) influence the implementation degree of Kaizen's approach. A random sample of 1026 teachers participated in the study. The research used a questionnaire consisted of 39 item. The items measure three related domains: The school management strategy, the deming cycle, and 'just in time-JIT' strategy. Results showed that Kaizen's approach is highly available according to participating teachers, where the mean score of the participants was 3.68. In addition, results showed that demography variables affected the degree of the implication of Kaizen's approach.

الملخص
هدفت الدّراسة التّعرف على درجة تطبيق مضامين منهجيّة كايزن للتّحسين المستمرّ في المدارس العربيّة داخل الخط الأخضر، كما هدفت الكشف عما إذا كان هناك أثر للخصائص الديموغرافيّة (الجنس، والمؤهّل العلمي، والدّرجة بحسب الأفق الجديد وسنوات الخبرة) على درجة تقدير أفراد العينة حول تطبيق مضامين منهجيّة كايزن. وتم اختيار عينة عشوائيّة مكوّنة من (1026) معلّما شاركوا في الإجابة عن استبانة الدّراسة. تكوّنت الاستبانة من (39) فقرة توزّعت على ثلاثة محاور: استراتيجيّة العمل المدرسي، استراتيجيّة ديمينج واستراتيجيّة في الوقت المحدّد. وقد بيّنت نتائج الدّراسة أنّ منهجيّة كايزن تنطبق بدرجة كبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.68) كما تبيّن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للمتغيّرات الديموغرافيّة في تطبيق مضامين منهجيّة كايزن.
