Effect of weight training program on private physical performance index in Judo Sport

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of the weight training program on the physical performance index of judo sport, and the researchers followed the experimental method, and the study was conducted on a sample of (12) judo players who underwent a weight training program for (10) weeks. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the physical performance index of judo by (%19.92) in positive, the number of throws (%17.01), and the pulse rate immediately after performance by (%5.07) and after performance by one minute (%7.25). The researchers recommend the need to focus on weight training to improve the physical performance index of judo and endurance performance and muscular endurance and the adoption of the physical performance index of judo as an indicator of the physical competence of judo.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر البرنامج التدريبي بالأثقال على مؤشر الأداء البدني الخاص برياضة الجودو، واتبع الباحثان المنهج التجريبي، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (12) لاعب جودو خضعوا لبرنامج تدريبي بالأثقال لمدة (10) أسابيع، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مؤشر الأداء البدني الخاص برياضة الجودو بنسبة تحسن بلغت (%19.92)، وعدد الرميات (%17.01)، وبلغ التحسن في معدل النبض بعد الأداء مباشرة نسبة (%5.07) وبعد الأداء بدقيقة بنسبة (%7.25). ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة التركيز على تدريبات الأثقال لتحسين مؤشر الأداء البدني الخاص بالجودو وتحمل الأداء والتحمل العضلي، واعتماد مؤشر الأداء البدني الخاص بالجودو كمؤشر على الكفاءة البدنية الخاصة برياضة الجودو.
