Abstract
The study aims to know the role played by the school administration in integrating students with special needs in public and private basic schools in the municipality of Al-Abyar from the point of view of psychologists and social workers, and to know the difference in the role of school administration in relation to integrating people with special needs from the point of view of psychologists and social workers in basic schools According to the specialists' gender and specialization variables, the study used the descriptive approach, A questionnaire consisting of three areas (social, family, and educational) was applied, and the sample consisted of (120) psychological and social specialists in basic education schools. The results indicated that there is a difference in the role of school administration with regard to integrating people with special needs according to the gender variable among specialists. And there is no difference in the role of school administration with regard to integrating people with special needs according to the variable of specialization among specialists. The study recommended the necessity of prior planning for future inclusion operations in a deeper way so that the focus is initially on awareness and training processes, and making appropriate structural modifications for the integrated students before integrating them and providing their teachers with the means and tools And devices that assist in the process of their education, work on cooperation between teachers and the school administration, and enhance educational means in regular schools, in order to prepare to receive any special student.

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تقوم به الإدارة المدرسية في دمج الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس الأساسية العامة والخاصة ببلدية الأبيار من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين النفسيين والاجتماعيين، ومعرفة الاختلاف في دور الإدارة المدرسية بالنسبة لدمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين النفسيين والاجتماعيين بالمدارس الأساسية وفقاً لمتغيري النوع والتخصص لدى الأخصائيين، ولقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق استبانة مكونة من ثلاث مجالات (اجتماعي، أسري، تربوي تعليمي)، وتكونت العينة من (120) أخصائي نفسي واجتماعي في مدارس التعليم الأساسي، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن الإدارة المدرسية لها دور كبير في دمج الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس الأساسية، كما دلت النتائج على وجود اختلاف في دور الإدارة المدرسية بالنسبة لدمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وفقاً لمتغير النوع لدى الأخصائيين، وعدم وجود اختلاف في دور الإدارة المدرسية بالنسبة لدمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وفقاً لمتغير التخصص لدى الأخصائيين، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التخطيط المسبق لعمليات الدمج المستقبلية بشكل أعمق بحيث يتم التركيز بداية على عمليات التوعية والتدريب، وإجراء تعديلات بنائية مناسبة للطلبة المدمجين قبل دمجهم وتزويد معلميهم بوسائل وأدوات وأجهزة تعين في عملية تعليمهم، والعمل على التعاون بين المعلمين والإدارة المدرسية وتعزيز الوسائل التعليمية في المدارس العادية وذلك من أجل الاستعداد لاستقبال أي طالب ذي خاصة.
