Abstract

This study sought to identify the nature of the relationship between children`s Perspectives of father rearing styles and their feeling of psychological security. A also sought to identity the differences of the children`s Perspectives of father rearing styles by their sons between the sexes. The subjects of this study were (186) students from the secondary school in Tebessa city. Two scales were used: A scale for of parental rearing styles, and scale for psychological security. The study reveals the following results: 1) There was negative correlation between these father styles (discrimination, authoritarianism, hesitation) and the psychological security. Also there is a significant positive correlation between father style normality, and the psychological security. But there was significant correlation between father styles of over-protection and psychological security. 2) There were statistically significant differences in father styles, but there was no significant differences in other father styles between both sexes.

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الموجودة بين إدراك الأبناء لأساليب معاملة الأب وشعورهم بالأمن النفسي لدى عينة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، ومدى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدراك الأبناء لأساليب معاملة الأب بين الذكور والإناث، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم تطبيق مقياسي أساليب المعاملة الوالدية والأمن النفسي على عينة قصدية مكونة من (186) طالباٌ وطالبةٌ في السنة الثانية ثانوي، فأسفرت النتائج على: 1) وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين إدراك الأبناء لأساليب معاملة الأب (التفرقة، التحكم والسيطرة، التذبذب) في المعاملة وشعورهم بالأمن النفسي، كذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين إدراك الأبناء لأسلوب المعاملة السوية للأب والشعور بالأمن النفسي. كما أظهرت عدم وجود علاقة بين إدراك الأبناء لأسلوب الحماية الزائدة في المعاملة للأب وبين شعورهم بالأمن النفسي. 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث من الأبناء في إدراك بعض أساليب معاملة الأب، وعدم وجودها في إدراك أساليب للمعاملة أخرى.
