Abstract

The study sought to identify the reality of the processes of partnership between the school and the family in Côte d'Ivoire, and Most important mechanisms proposed to develop, The sample consisted of (110) director, The study used the descriptive survey by questionnaire which included (40) items distributed on three axes, The study concluded that the reality of the processes of partnership between the school and the family in Côte d'Ivoire is still subject to the patterns of ineffective, The study concluded to propose the following: Provision of training courses for school administrators and teachers for the methods development of the partnership between the school and the family, Continuous contact between them, Develop the administrative function in school, Provide family with periodic reports adequately for her children school levels, activate the role of different media in educating the family of the importance of the partnership with the school.

الملخص

سعت الدِّراسة إلى معرفة واقع عمليَّات الشَّراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة في كُوتْ دِيفُوار، والمعوِّقات التي تحول دون فاعليَّتها، وتقديم الآليات المقترحة لتطويرها، واختيرت العينة عشوائيًا والتي تكوَّنت من (110) مديرًا، واستخدمت الدِّراسة المنهج الوصفيَّ المسحيَّ من خلال الاستبانة التي اشتملت على (40) فقرة موزَّعة على ثلاثة محاور، وتوصلت الدِّراسة إلى أنَّ واقع عمليَّات الشَّراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة في كوت ديفوار ما يزال يخضع للأنماط التَّقليديَّة لوجود العديد من المعوِّقات تحدّ دون فاعليَّتها، حيث حصلت معظم فقراتها على (محايد وغير موافق)، كما اتَّفقت وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدِّراسة بدرجة (موافق بشدَّة وموافق) على أهمِّ الآليات المقترحة لتطوير الشَّراكة، ومنها: تقديم دورات تدريبيَّة لمديري المدارس والمعلِّمين عن أساليب تطوير الشَّراكة بين المدرسة والأسرة، والاتّصال المستمّر بينهما عن طريق المكالمات الهاتفيَّة واللِّقاءات، وتزويد الأسرة بتقارير دوريَّة وافية عن مستويات أبنائها الدِّراسيَّة، وتفعيل دور وسائل الإعلام المختلفة في توعية الأسرة بأهمِّيَّة الشَّراكة مع المدرسة.
