Abstract
The purpose of this study was to construct norms for some handball skills for students faculty sports sciences in Mutah University، For the purpose of the present study subjects consist of 252 (120 male, 132 female). handball skills tested by Passing on a wall for 30 seconds Test, shooting on handball goal, 15 meter zigzag dribbling, In order to construct the norm, Percentile Scale was used. Further. the scores were classified into eight grades i.e., Elite, Superior, very good, good, average, fair, poor and very poor. It was recommended to utilize the norms obtained to assess some handball skills for students faculty sports sciences in Mutah University in the tests selected and to assess their achievement later.

الملخص
تتضمن لعبة كرة اليد جميع المهارات الأساسية للعبة سواء كانت بالكرة أو بدونها ويمكن تنمية وتطوير هذه المهارات من خلال التخطيط الجيد لبرامج الإعداد المهاري الذي يهدف لوصول اللاعب أو المتعلم إلى الدقة والإتقان في أداء جميع المهارات الأساسية للعبة كرة اليد وهنالك مجموعة من الاختبارات الموضوعية التي تتناول مهارات كرة اليد الأساسية مثل التنطيط والتمرير والاستلام والتصويب بأنواعه ويكون الهدف من هذه الاختبارات أما الحصول على زمن أقل أو أعلى تكرار أو الدقة في التصويب ومن هنا تظهر أهمية القياس في كرة اليد في تحديد قيم كمية أو كيفيه تعبر عن مقدرا ما يتمتع به المتعلمون من مهارات وما وصلوا إلية من مستويات في المهارات الأساسية للعبة.
