Abstract

The search is made summary categories accepted by grammarians and customary bases their normative basis in the language and cannot install its provisions against customary linguistic realities which the functional May conflict with those grammatical norms as established by the grammarians, this difference does not necessarily mean the grammar in custom forms as it means that Arabic — like many languages. Capacity and flexibility that allows the development of sophisticated compositional means customary collective understanding speakers agreed with new standard out different fact situation to custom Grammar, besides taking care of search highlighting the tyranny of truth in the functional intent in occasionally on a custom grammar of some grammatical structures in texts.

الملخص

يَرْصُدُ البَحْثُ مَقُولَاتِ النُّحَاةِ، وَقَوَاعِدَهُمُ العُرْفِيَّةَ الَّتِي اصْطَلَحُوا عَلَى وَضْعِهَا أَسَاسًا مِعْيَارِيًّا فِي تَقْعِيدِ اللُّغَةِ، وَتَثْبِيتِ أَحْكَامِهَا، فِي مُقَابِلِ الحَقَائِقِ العُرْفِيَّةِ اللُّغَوِيَّةِ، وَالِاسْتِعْمَالِيَّةِ الَّتِي قَدْ تَتَعَارَضُ مَعَ تِلْكَ الأَعْرَافِ النَّحْوِيَّةِ الَّتِي أَثْبَتَهَا النُّحَاةُ، هذا الاخْتِلافُ الذي لَا يَعْنِي بِالضَّرُورَةِ وُجُودَ إِشْكَالٍ فِي العُرْفِ النَّحْوِيِّ، بِقَدْرِ مَا يَعْنِي أَنَّ العَرَبِيَّةَ –شَأْنُها شَأْنُ كَثِيرٍ مِنَ اللُّغَاتِ- تَتَّسِمُ بِالسَّعَةِ، وَالمُرُونَةِ الَّتِي تَسْمَحُ بِتَطَوُّرِ مَدْلُولَاتِهَا التَّرْكِيِبيَّةِ تَطَوُّرًا عُرْفِيًّا، يَتَّفِقُ عَلَيْهِ الفَهْمُ الجَمْعِيُّ لِلْمُتَكَلِّمينَ؛ بِحَيْثُ يَكُونُ مِعْيَارًا جَدِيدًا مُخْتَلِفًا عَنْ أَصْلِ الحَقِيقَةِ الوَضْعِيَّةِ لِلْعُرْفِ النَّحْوِيِّ، كَمااعْتَنَى البَحْثُ بِإِبْرَازِ طُغْيَانِ الحَقِيقَةِ العُرْفِيَّةِ، فِي القَصْدِ الِاسْتِعْمَالِيِّ،عَلَى العُرْفِ النَّحْوِيِّ فِي بَعْضِ التَّرَاكِيبِ النَّحْوِيَّةِ، فِي النُّصُوصِ الشَّرْعِيَّةِ، وَالمَقُولَاتِ الفِقْهِيَّةِ، مُوَضِّحًا أَقْوَالَ النَّحْوِيِّينَ، وَالفُقَهَاءِ،وَالمُفَسِّرِينَ فِي التَّعَامُلِ مَعَ هَذَا الِاخْتِلَافِ.
