Abstract

Objective: This study aims to clarify the role of Prophetic legislation in the care for and empowerment of children with special needs in society, demonstrating the role of religious texts in directing Muslims on how to engage with this segment of the population. Methodology: The study employed both the descriptive-analytical method and the inductive method. Findings: Diversity and differences among people are a natural and intended aspect of creation; Islam acknowledges the presence of special needs; Islam calls for respect and care for individuals with such needs, and works to preserve their rights in various aspects of life; and prophetic legislation has actively contributed to caring for and empowering children with special needs, without diminishing their value or status. Recommendations: Enhancing religious awareness concerning the treatment of children with special needs, preparing educational programs for their conditions and needs and setting up funds to care for and provide for their various needs.

الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدّراسة إلى التعرّف إلى دور التّشريعات النّبويّة في رعاية الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصّة وتمكينهم في المجتمع؛ إظهارًا لدور النّصوص الشّرعيّة في إرشاد المسلمين وتوجيههم إلى كيفيّة التّعامل مع هذه الفئة من النّاس. المنهجيّة: لغرض معالجة موضوعات الدّراسة، تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفيّ التّحليليّ؛ من خلال عرض الموضوعات على وفق ما وردت في مظانّها، ووصفها وصفًا دقيقًا، قائمًا على الملاحظة والتّحليل، والمنهج الاستقرائيّ؛ بتتبّع الأدلّة والأقوال ذات الصّلة، والإفادة منها في بناء تصوّر كليّ وشامل حول الموضوع برمّته. النّتائج: أظهرت الدّراسة أنّ التّباين والاختلاف بين النّاس من السّنن التي ارتضاها الله تعالى في خلقه، وأنّ الإسلام أقرّ بالاحتياجات الخاصّة وذويها، ودعا إلى احترام ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصّة وتقديم الرّعاية لهم، وعمل على حفظ حقوقهم في مجالاتها المختلفة، وأنّ التّشريعات النّبويّة عملت على رعاية الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصّة وتمكينهم وعدم الانتقاص من شأنهم. التّوصيات: ذيّلت الدّراسة بجملة من التّوصيات أهمّها: تعزيز الوعي الدّينيّ في مجال التّعامل مع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصّة وحماية حقوقهم، ووضع برامج تعليميّة تتناسب وحاجاتهم والأوضاع التي هم عليها، وإيجاد صناديق ماليّة لغرض رعايتهم وتوفير حاجيّاتهم المختلفة.
