Abstract

The resent study talks about sculpturing whether animated or inanimated. It exhibits Islamic judgment on using such sculptures and the different views of jurisprudents regarding this subject. The study further shows Islamic judgment on the use of children's toys as well as the use of sculpturing in education.

يتضمن هذا البحث الحديث عن التصوير المجسم (ماله ظل) سواء كان من ذوات الأرواح أو من ذوات الجمادات، كما بين حكم اتخاذ الصور مما ذكر مفصلا آراء العلماء في ذلك مع بيان أدلتهم، كما يبين حكم تصوير واتخاذ لعب الأطفال ويعرج على بيان حكم تصوير ما فيه مصلحة للمسلمين مما ينتفع به أو يستعمل في التربية والتعليم.
