This research discusses the non-Muslim citizens of the Islamic State, those who are considered as a part of the state. And studying their economic activity in the various aspects that they can execute or conduct, the extent of the freedom granted to them on dealing with each other or with the Muslims. The research discusses that freedom according to the religious philology, with the imposed restrictions needed by the nature of transaction and the legitimate religious considerations, aiming to create the complete consistency between religious judgments and aims, and the economic activities contradicting those judgments and aims.

يتناول هذا البحث غير المسلمين التابعين للدولة الإسلامية باعتبارهم جزءا من أفرادها، من حيث نشاطهم الاقتصادي، في مختلف المجالات التي يمكنهم ممارستها، والقيام بها، ومدى الحرية الممنوحة لهم خلال تعاملهم مع بعضهم، أو مع المسلمين، ووزن تلك الحرية بالميزان الفقهي، بما يتضمنه من قيود أحيانا تقتضيها طبيعة التعامل والاعتبارات الشرعية، لتحقيق الانسجام بين أحكام الشريعة وأهدافها، وبين الأنشطة الاقتصادية التي تتعارض مع تلك الأحكام والأهداف.
