This research aims at exploring the level of Palestinian family's Practice of democratic values and human rights with their children. In orders to achieve this. The researches designed a questionnaire consisting of sixty four articles and applied it on a sample of two hundred Palestinian families. Results of the study found out that there are difference of statistical significance in the level of Palestinian families’ practice of democratic values and human rights with their children according to certain variables residence change, educational level of head of family. There is also no statistical significance in the level of family practice according to the variable, king of chief of the family, level of family in core. However results of the study are negative in general in the level family's practice of these values with their children.

تهدف هذه الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى ممارسة الأسرة الفلسطينية لقيم الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان مع أبنائها؛ ولتحقيق ذلك، قام الباحثان بتصميم استبانة مكونة من (64) فقرة، وطبقاها على عينة قوامها (200) أسرة فلسطينية، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى ممارسة الأسرة الفلسطينية لقيم الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان مع أبنائها تبعاً لمتغيري (السكن، المستوى التعليمي لرب الأسرة) وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى هذه الممارسة تبعاً لمتغيري (نوع رب الأسرة، ومستوى دخل الأسرة). كما أن نتائج الدراسة كانت سلبية بشكل عام على صعيد ممارسة الأسرة لهذه القيم مع أبنائها.
