Abstract

This paper tackled the rule of reading al-Basmalah (In the nawe of Mlah, the compassionate, the Merciful) before recitations of the Holly Qur’an verses during non-prayer services and it srule before reciting verses from the Holly Qur’an during prayer. The researcher highlighted religious scholars’ opinions on these issues. The paper also dwelt on rule regarding the reding aloud if al-Basmalah in prayer. Also the researcher illushated figh scholars on this matter, delalile their proofs and outweighed the strong arguverts.
